This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered, along with important information regarding tracking, delivery expectations, and situations that may occasionally affect transit.

Our team carefully prepares every order to ensure it reaches our customers in excellent condition. We strive to process purchases promptly while maintaining quality standards throughout fulfillment. Please review the information below before placing your order so you know what to expect during the shipping process.

Order Processing

Orders are processed during our regular business days, Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Once your payment has been successfully authorized, our fulfillment team begins preparing your items for shipment.

Most orders require 1 business day for processing and handling before they are transferred to the shipping carrier. During this period, we verify order information, inspect products, package them securely, and prepare shipping documentation.

Orders placed after the daily cut-off time, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.

After your order has been processed, it is shipped through one of our trusted delivery partners. Standard transit typically takes between 2 and 6 business days, depending on your destination and carrier operations.

Please note that delivery estimates begin after order processing has been completed and should not be interpreted as guaranteed delivery dates.

Cut-off Time

Orders submitted before 5:00 PM (EST), Monday through Friday, will begin processing on the same business day whenever possible.

Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or during business closures will be processed on the following business day.

Shipping Carriers

To provide dependable nationwide delivery, we work with established shipping providers including:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx

The carrier selected for your shipment may vary depending on package size, destination, and operational availability. We choose the option that best supports timely and secure delivery.

Tracking Orders

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. Tracking updates are generally available shortly after the carrier scans the package into its network.

Please allow some time for tracking activity to appear after receiving your confirmation email. During busy shipping periods, tracking updates may occasionally be delayed while the package is in transit.

Delivery Delays

While we make every effort to ensure prompt delivery, unexpected delays may occasionally occur due to weather conditions, transportation disruptions, carrier volume, natural events, or other circumstances outside our control.

If your shipment appears delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, we recommend monitoring the tracking information first. If additional assistance is needed, our customer support team will gladly help investigate the shipment status.

Lost Packages

If your tracking indicates that a package has been lost during transit or has stopped moving for an unusually long period, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will work directly with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment and determine the most appropriate resolution. Investigations may require several business days depending on the carrier's procedures.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is entered, shipping delays or delivery failures may occur. If you notice an address error shortly after placing your order, please contact us immediately. While we will make every reasonable effort to update the information before shipment, address changes cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun.

Returned Packages

Packages returned due to an invalid address, unsuccessful delivery attempts, or refusal by the recipient may be sent back to our fulfillment facility.

Once the returned package has been received, we will contact you regarding available options. Additional shipping charges may apply if the package needs to be shipped again after being returned because of incorrect address information or failed delivery attempts.

Damaged Deliveries

Every order is packaged carefully before leaving our fulfillment center. However, if your package arrives visibly damaged, please inspect the contents as soon as possible.

If any item has been damaged during transit, contact our support team promptly with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of both the damaged item and its packaging. This information helps us review the situation and provide an appropriate solution as quickly as possible.

International Shipping

At this time, Oilsubsea ships exclusively within the United States.

We do not currently offer international shipping, including deliveries to foreign countries or international forwarding destinations. Should our shipping regions expand in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.

Order Changes

If you need to update your shipping address or request modifications to your order, please contact us as quickly as possible after placing your purchase.

Because orders move into fulfillment rapidly, requested changes can only be accommodated before processing has been completed. Once an order has entered shipment preparation or has been handed to the carrier, modifications may no longer be available.

Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests should be submitted immediately after placing an order.

If the order has not yet entered processing, we will do our best to cancel it successfully. Once processing or shipment has begun, cancellation may no longer be possible. Customers may instead follow our return process after receiving eligible items if they no longer wish to keep their purchase.
