Cancel / Change Order Policy

Introduction
At Oilsubsea, we understand that customers may occasionally need to update or cancel an order after it has been placed. Because our fulfillment team begins processing orders quickly to ensure prompt shipping, the amount of time available for making changes is limited.
This policy explains how order modifications, cancellations, shipping address corrections, and related requests are handled. We encourage customers to review their order carefully before completing checkout and to contact us immediately if any changes are needed.
While we will always make every reasonable effort to accommodate your request, certain changes may no longer be possible once an order has entered our fulfillment process.
Order Changes
If you need to modify your order after placing it, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. Requests are reviewed individually and depend on the current stage of order processing.
Examples of changes that may be requested include:
- Updating the shipping address.
- Correcting your name or contact information.
- Changing the size or color of an item.
- Adding or removing products.
- Correcting accidental duplicate purchases.
Because orders are prepared quickly, we cannot guarantee that requested modifications can be completed. If changes are successfully made, you will receive confirmation from our support team.
If a requested modification cannot be completed before fulfillment begins, alternative solutions such as returning the item after delivery may be available if the purchase qualifies under our Return & Refund Policy.
Cancellation Window
Orders may be canceled only before they enter processing.
Our fulfillment team generally begins preparing orders within 1 business day. For this reason, cancellation requests should be submitted immediately after placing an order.
Submitting a cancellation request does not automatically guarantee that the order can be stopped. If processing has not yet begun, we will make every reasonable effort to cancel the order successfully.
To help avoid disappointment, we recommend contacting us as soon as you realize that you no longer wish to receive your order.
Processed Orders
Once an order has entered processing, has been packaged for shipment, or has been transferred to the shipping carrier, it can no longer be canceled or modified.
This includes situations where:
- A shipping label has been created.
- The package has been prepared for carrier pickup.
- The shipment has already left our fulfillment facility.
- Tracking information has been generated and the order is in transit.
If you no longer wish to keep a processed order, you may be able to return eligible merchandise after delivery by following the instructions in our Return & Refund Policy.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information during checkout.
If you discover that your shipping address or contact information contains an error, please notify us immediately. We will attempt to update the information before the order enters shipment preparation.
Unfortunately, once an order has been processed or handed to the shipping carrier, address corrections may no longer be possible.
Oilsubsea is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or returned packages resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information supplied by the customer.
If a package is returned because of an invalid address, additional shipping charges may be required before the order can be shipped again.
Refunds
If your cancellation request is approved before order processing begins, any payment received for the canceled order will be refunded to your original payment method.
Approved refunds are generally processed within 10 business days. The exact time required for the funds to appear in your account depends on your payment provider or financial institution.
If cancellation is no longer possible because the order has already entered fulfillment or shipment, a refund cannot be issued at that stage. Eligible items may instead be returned after delivery according to our Return & Refund Policy.
Oilsubsea does not charge a restocking fee for approved returns or eligible refunds.
Replacement Orders
In some situations, placing a new order may be the quickest solution.
If your requested modification cannot be completed before processing begins, our support team may recommend submitting a replacement order for the correct items while providing guidance regarding the original purchase.
If an incorrect product was shipped due to an error during fulfillment, we will review the situation and work with you to determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement where applicable.
Replacement requests are evaluated individually based on product availability and the circumstances surrounding the original order.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers play an important role in ensuring that orders are processed accurately and delivered without unnecessary delays.
Before submitting an order, please verify:
- Your shipping address is complete and accurate.
- Your billing information is correct.
- Your email address is entered properly.
- The selected items, sizes, colors, and quantities are correct.
- Your payment information has been reviewed before completing checkout.
After placing an order, monitor your email for order confirmations, shipping updates, and any communications from our support team. Prompt responses to requests for additional information can help avoid processing delays.
If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us immediately rather than waiting until the package has been shipped or delivered.
